Heads up Madness this weekend! |

Mike and the guys will be running this weekend in Clearwater Florida @ Sunshine Speedway. The guys hope to be debuting the new look by the end of this week if all goes well. They have been working hard on the designs and layout for the new name for the car to get everything in order before the season big events. After some decent testing this past week the team is confident going into the season that this will be a good year. Make plans to come out this Saturday and support the new National Aviation Academy "AVIATOR" jet funny car.

Mike goes for land speed record in Florida! |

That's right, Mike will make some attempts to set a new land speed record in sunny Florida this April. Everyone her at the shop is working overtime to make the upgrades to the land speed car and getting geared up for the big event of the new year! The team will be running at the Dade Collier Airport in south Florida on April 10th competing in an event called THE MIAMI MILE. With that said, I must take this opportunity to state for the record that this event is its own entity, and is in NO WAY affiliated with the NHRA or IHRA, nor does it claim to be supported, involved or associated with these organizations. Due to the fact that I carry professional licenses in these organization as well, I must legally state these facts so that they can be held harmless. With that said, lets get to the details. The event is the MIAMI MILE, and will be held on Saturday April 10th, 2010 in sunny south Florida on the Tamiami Trail. The runs will be videotaped for a series on the SPEEDCHANNEL to be detailed at a later time, and will have video feeds posted on FACEBOOK and YOUTUBE as the event progresses.
There are currently three sanctioned mile events held annually in the US and Mike holds the TEXAS MILE record. Due to the conditions of the track and facilities at the MEXTON MILE, Mike is unable to safely compete in this event. So that leaves the MIAMI MILE left. With the event being in Mikes home state and near his sponsors the event is a perfect marry for the team. So make some plans to attend the event and support the guys in their quest for another title in April.
